You have no doubt heard about the recent fire storms in Northern California where our offices are. This picture was taken today outside at 4pm. Although the nearest fire is 20 miles away, our skies have been filled with smoke for weeks. While I was taking this picture a burned leaf fell on the ground in front of me. Since there are no deciduous trees here (only pine trees) I found it amazing that this leaf traveled 20 miles.

We had some problems with Verisign overnight while they were renewing our SSL Certificate. As of now, they have fixed the problem and our servers are back online.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and if Verisign after hours support was located in the US we wouldn't have experienced any downtime at all.

We have decided to start our corporate Blog as another method of communicating with our customers and prospects. Email addresses change frequently, and many of us get so much email on a regular basis that spam filters often prevent some communications from reaching our customers.

For our scrapbook retailers, we will post updates to the image library when new releases become available.

Since we are adding features to our store regularly, it makes keeping an up to date manual a full time job, so we will instead post FAQ pages for the "How do I..." types of questions we frequently get.
